The most common things couples ask us before booking.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9–14 months out, especially for summer and fall dates in Colorado. If your date is coming up sooner, reach out anyway. We'll tell you honestly if we have room.
Do you travel to the mountains, or just Denver?
Both. We cover the Front Range at no extra cost and regularly shoot destination weddings across the high country. Mountain travel starts at a flat $250 fee, with overnight stays billed at cost when needed.
What happens if it rains or the weather changes our plan?
We build a backup plan into your timeline ahead of time, so a weather change isn't a scramble on the day. Colorado weather moves fast, and we're used to adapting on the fly without it affecting your coverage.
How long until we get our photos and video?
You'll get a handful of sneak peeks within 48 hours of your wedding. Your full gallery and edited film are delivered within 90 days.
Can we book photo and video separately, or does it need to be a bundle?
Either works. Photo and video can each be booked on their own, or combined into one collection at a discount. We'll help you figure out what actually fits your day on your call.
What's the deposit and payment schedule?
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is split into manageable payments leading up to your wedding, with everything finalized before the big day.
What if our photographer or videographer gets sick or can't make it?
We have a full team behind every booking, so if someone gets sick, another trained member of our team steps in. Full-day packages also include our No Missed Moments Guarantee for complete peace of mind.
