How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9–14 months out, especially for summer and fall dates in Colorado. If your date is coming up sooner, reach out anyway — we'll let you know honestly if we have room.
Do you travel to the mountains, or just Denver?
Both. We cover the Front Range at no extra cost and regularly shoot destination weddings across the high country. Mountain travel starts at a flat $250 fee, with overnight stays billed at cost when needed.
What happens if it rains or the weather changes our plan?
We build a backup plan into your timeline ahead of time, so a weather change isn't a scramble on the day. Colorado weather moves fast — we're used to adapting on the fly without it affecting your coverage.
How long until we get our photos and video?
You'll get a handful of sneak peeks within 48 hours of your wedding. Your full gallery and edited film typically follow within 6–8 weeks.
Can we book photo and video separately, or does it need to be a bundle?
Either works. Photo and video can each be booked on their own, or combined into one collection at a discount. We'll help you figure out what actually fits your day on your call.
What's the deposit and payment schedule?
A 20% deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is split into manageable payments leading up to your wedding, with everything finalized before the big day.
What if our photographer or videographer gets sick or can't make it?
